process engineer

• Ensuring plants operated in compliance with design parameters and process safety
• Monitor and report plant unit consumption and process KPI
• Provides corrective actions (RCA) for process abnormality / alarm / troubleshooting
• Provide technical training to Production for better process understanding and upgrading their work standard
• Perform plant commissioning, trial runs, startup and shutdown
• During turnaround, coordinate, plan and organize mechanical, instrument and electrical work requirement with Production team
• Responsible for plant improvement, process troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering from reputable university with 2nd class upper and above
• 2-3 years working experiences in manufacturing industry preferably chemical, oleochemical or petrochemical
• Able to perform heat and mass balance and pressure loss calculation
