Process Engineer: Lean Manufacturing & NPI Lead

Johnson Controls is seeking a Process Engineer for a 6-month temporary contract in Matamoros, Mexico. In this role, you'll design and validate manufacturing processes, contribute to building new production cells, and enhance existing methods to support our growth plans.

We require an Industrial, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering degree with 5+ years of experience in harness manufacturing processes, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and strong communication skills.
