Process Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and result-driven Process Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple production lines. This role will take ownership of process stability, yield improvement, and cross-functional coordination, acting as a key technical and operational bridge between Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.

The ideal candidate is not only technically strong, but also proactive, communicative, and capable of driving issues to closure independently.
