**Job Description:**

Main/Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

+ Works closely with Production, Maintenance and Quality to assess process performance (scrap/rework, quality etc), equipment performance and initiate actions to address immediate issues. Analyze performance history and develop improvement plans and initiate actions to achieve improvements. Drive activities concerning customer complaint reduction and related corrective/preventive actions. Product design and qualification based on new process techniques or new raw material suppliers, etc.
+ Machine and process design for new and existing product lines.
+ Project management (justification, design, implementation) Manage assigned capital projects, including qualification and selection of vendors and contractors, supervision of work, and approval of payments for invoices.
