Process Engineer - Module Product

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible in continuous process improvement in terms of yield efficiency and lean process flow.
• Process/Product/Equipment transfer, and release executes technology transfer timely and smoothly.
• Line issues: resolves operational issues timely to sustain customer demands.
• System establishment of procedures, improves specification and documents continuous improvement of operation.
• Training and development: lead the training, certification and development of operators and technicians.
• Support top management priorities – support tasks as required by top management to sustain operational demands.

Education & Experience

• B.Sc. Electronics Engineering (Physics, Electrical and related can apply. Post‑graduate studies are highly regarded).
• At least 3 years of experience in Semiconductor or Electronics/Optoelectronics and Fiber optics Industry.
