Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for process & products yield control on optics products & process
Oversee process development and implementation and monitoring of manufacturing procedures in support of ISO 9001 requirements
Conduct daily monitoring on critical process control and take correction action if necessary
Implement and coordinate products yield and rework measurements.
Support on process development & engineering for optics fabrication including new products introduction and products transfer plan
Conduct study on capacity and cost work improvement for Optics Fabrication work process
Assist implementation and maintenance of capacity planning module
Assist in production equipment engineering Support
Maintain Quality & Compliance Systems in Optics Fabrication work process
Education & Experience
A bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or its equivalents engineering course, with at least 2 years ...
