Process Engineer

• Research and analyze the processes of the production line with consideration of 4M's in increasing plant productivity.
• Develop and implement systems or improvements that optimizes all phases of production process/parts that will ultimately have an impact on Quality, Cost and Delivery.
• Improve manufacturing cycle time through process improvement.
• Ensures all changes in the production line are reported to Engineering department for the issuance of ECI.
• Conducts TPS in areas where no TPS available.
• Apply line balancing in determining manpower requirement of production line.

JOB QUALIFACTION

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or any engineering course.
• At least one (1) year experience as process engineer or Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing firm.
• Has conducted Time and Motion Study from previous company.
