I. Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible in establishment & maintenance of assign process / product manufacturing operation. Determine the best process and method of manufacture.
Generate & update Standard Operating Procedure, Process & Product specification and Process flow.
Generate and disseminate Process Control Plan, Gen Procedure, Work Instruction and Change Notice.
Design the quality control system and inspection procedures for shop floor control.
Analyse yield trending and initiate action so as to meet target quality level.
To provide analytical corrective & preventive action on the problem encounter in production line.
Generate cost analysis for process development and improvement
Spearhead Technical Evaluation , New Product Introduction and qualification run.
