Process Engineer

The applicant will be leading PES Staffs and will handle process development, parts development customer quality compliance, cross functional and production support responsibilities.
1. Conduct mold trials, sampling and process validation;
2. Review part designs for manufacturability;
3. Collaborate with customers and mold makers during product development;
4. Analyze process capability and implement corrective actions;
5. Prepare and review technical reports and validation records;
6. Lead optimization of injection molding process during development.

Qualifications:

With experience to the following:
1. Injection molding principles and materials (PP, ABS, PC, Nylon, etc.)
2. Mold design concepts and tooling construction
3. Process troubleshooting and root cause analysis
4. Measurement systems and basic metrology
5. Quality tools (PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC)
