Initiate improvement projects in the laboratory and/or chemical analysis procedures that will positively impact the plating process efficiency.
Maintain and perform daily review/analysis of SPC charts for all plating chemicals.
Ensure that all metal content analyses are carried out on a periodic basis.
Handle direct and indirect material qualification and work hand in hand with the plating engineer during actual process evaluation.
Handle all plating chemical related projects for usage reduction and cost savings.
Manage all laboratory equipment and coordinate with in-house PM group, calibration laboratory and OEM/third party provider and perform MSA (Measurement System Analysis).
Manage the analytical procedures for plating solution and maintain/update specification on Plating Chemicals Analysis (12MCE47532G).
