Process Engineer

About the role

As a Process Engineer at KYS Energy Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in detailed design of process equipment for the oil and gas industry. This full-time position is based in Puchong, Selangor, and will involve working with a team of multi discipline engineer and project team in execution of the project.

What you'll be doing

1. Design & Simulation: Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and Heat and Material Balances (HMB).
2. Equipment Sizing: Size separators, compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, and relief devices according to industry codes. Preparing equipment data sheets
3. Operational Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, improve production efficiency, and reduce costs in existing facilities.
4. Safety & Compliance: Conduct hazard identification (HAZID) and Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) studies to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
