Process Engineer

Job Description Summary
Within the L5 Component Repair Insourcing Program, the Process Engineer – Machining will be responsible to manage and lead all the technical & operational activities linked with Machining Equipment's, industrialization, programing within the Port Klang (Malaysia) shop.

The Process Engineer will report to the Process Engineering Manager.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities

• Machining (Turning, Milling, Grinding, Drilling, EDM). Become an Aero Alliance technical reference point for all the machining processes.
• Programming: Write, modify, and optimize CNC programs to machine complex parts efficiently and accurately.
• Define Engineering Spec to purchase Equipment, as per routings defined by Repair Engineering.
• Technical selection of Farm-out company to support business continuity plan and manage load peaks.
