Jobs Responsibilities

• Good analytical ability
• Proficient in written and verbal communication
• Possess good decision making skill
• Knowledgeable in problem solving techniques
• Can work with minimum supervision.
• Have basic knowledge in problem analysis method: FMEA, RCA, DMAIC
• Knowledgeable on MS Office particularly Excel, MS word and Power point
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Reviews yields and paretos. Comes up with effective corrective actions to improve the yields.
• Plans for and introduces process control procedures/systems, and analyzes statistical data to form basis for improvement action plans.
