We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical in developing, optimizing, and maintaining production processes for fiber optic systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, efficiency, and innovation in a fast-paced, high-tech environment

What You Will Do

Design and optimize manufacturing processes for fiber optic cable assemblies.
Lead new product introduction (NPI) and process development initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement efforts for assigned product platforms.
Troubleshoot production issues to enhance yield and minimize waste.
Collaborate with product engineering, quality, and production teams to implement engineering changes and process improvements.
Analyze experimental data and apply SPC, DOE, and FMEA methodologies.
