Process Engineer

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the business unit by strengthening Daily Management Systems, improving equipment reliability, and supporting digital transformation initiatives at the Russellville manufacturing facility.

**A Taste of Your Responsibilities**

+ Serve as a technical subject matter expert and trainer for line and operations team resources, using personnel and contractor support as needed.
+ Oversee the production line centerline management system, including identifying centerline points and establishing standards.
+ Partner with plant facilities and maintenance teams on improvement projects that require site support or impact site accountability.
+ Coordinate focused improvement work with plant personnel, team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of improvement projects.
