Process Engineer (Scale -Up)

Key Responsibilities Monitor and optimize plant process performance to ensure safe and efficient operations. Prepare and review process engineering documents such as PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, equipment sizing, and operating procedures. Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and plant startup/shutdown activities. Perform process simulations and evaluate process improvements for productivity and energy efficiency. Coordinate with production, instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, and maintenance teams for smooth plant operation. Ensure compliance with process safety standards, HSE guidelines, and quality requirements. Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction. Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for operational issues. Assist in vendor discussions, technical evaluations, and project execution activities.
