Process Engineer / Senior Process Engineer

JOB SCOPE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Familiar with RO, demin, mixed bed, ultra-pure, neutralization, chemical precipitation (including HF, heavy metal, backgrind etc.), biological treatment etc. and specialty processes.
• Develop process design packages: heat & mass balances; PFDs; P&IDs; process calculations.
• Perform equipment sizing and prepare specification (pumps, blowers, air compressors, vessels, tanks) and materials selection; define instrumentation and control philosophy with cause-and-effect matrices.
• Liaise with OEMs/vendors to validate technologies and recommend best-fit solutions based on performance, compliance, schedule, and total cost of ownership (CAPEX+OPEX); drive technical clarifications and value engineering.
• Prepare and review equipment lists, line lists, valve list and load lists as required.
