Process Engineer

The Biological Process Engineer will be responsible for transferring new product to Shanghai from R&D center in USA, which needed to manufacturing locally, according to the goals in terms of quality, costs, time schedule, productivity and compliance, and responsible for digestion and absorption of foreign advanced technology, Provide localization support to supply chain, quality, production, marketing, sales and other departments.







Responsibilities:







+ Ensure the implementation of the NPI projects of industrializations, from the definition of the technical requirements to the implementation and the final qualification of the projects



+ Ensure the implementation of new manufacturing processes with right labor hour



+ Pilot the design of specific machines and industrial prototype



+ Propose technical and innovative solutions by ensuring “technological watch
