Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for composing process work instructions for operation/processes.

2. Help further the company culture of implementing innovative processes and continually improving existing processes.

3. Responsible for managing processes by using engineering principles and techniques.

4. Responsible for process improvement, such as shorter cycle time of process.

5. To direct and coordinate the department's efforts in the achievement of continuous improvement in the areas identified herein.

6. To ensure continuous improvement that meets or exceeds the customer's requirements and demands.

7. Liaise with QA on quality problems and take the necessary countermeasures to prevent recurrences.

8. Responsible for the production of quality products at optimum cost in all manufacturing processes.
