Job Responsibilities:

• Establish, plan, prioritize, and execute engineering activities in alignment with strategic objectives and project timelines.
• Propose, plan, and implement preventive and improvement measures to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Coordinate and negotiate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective execution of engineering initiatives.
• Monitor process control and performance to maintain consistent operational standards and compliance.
