Responsible for the management of new launches, transfer of lines, increasing capacity and layout improvements. Responsible for developing improvement ideas to achieve process optimization, increased capacity, and cost reduction through continuous improvement. Deploys innovative strategies by applying the Harman Production System philosophy.
