Job Description

ACCOUNTABILITY:

Ensure Operational Excellence and Process Optimization by providing daily technical support, leading on-field problem solving, and driving continuous improvement projects.

Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve excellence in Safety, Quality, and Reliability management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide daily technical support to the operations team. Manage the production SOP and assist in preparing related documentation to ensure sufficient information is available for daily workshop operations.

Follow up day-to-day operation issues. Lead daily on field problem solving and investigate quality complaints related to process issues, to improve the operation safety, quality, equipment reliability and efficiency.

Lead process optimization projects focused on continuous improvement and cost savings.
