Responsibilities

• Support new product development to ensure manufacturing and assembly capability and process optimisation

  
  

• Plan new product assembly lines in conjunction with assembly plant management

  
  

• Provide technical support for manufacturing department processes and equipment

  
  

• Initiate and implement process automation projects

  
  

• Design and maintain plant layouts

  
  

• Maintain manufacturing capability

  
  

• Investigate latest manufacturing technology trends

  
  

• Investigate and implement CAPEX projects

  
  

• Initiate continuous improvement projects aimed at improving efficiencies and reducing costs

  
  

• Support cost accounting functions with regard to work centre and cost centre rates
