Duties & Responsibilities

• 5-10 years work experience within production, engineering or R&D ideally in Rx manufacturing with the accountability of and responsibility for processes and equipment and product quality
• Project management skills | in-depth problem solving and analytical skills
• IT Systems | calculations
• Optical industry knowledge
• Contribute to the technical pilots in the lab (new technology, new products)
• Oversee the process improvements implementation process by working closely with managers, team leaders and employees. Training of staff on processes, best practice and technical standards
