Process Engineer

Introduction

Grinding Techniques Pty Ltd is looking for a Process Engineer to support, develop, manage, and analyse production processes in accordance with internal/external best practices and standards. Coordinate ISO compliance through strict QC gates.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintaining Process flow charts, processes and procedure through ISO approve method.
• Improving Processes and Procedures.
• Managing ISO compliance through QC team support.
• Managing overall product quality through process improvement, RCA's and FMEA's to improve corrective actions.
• Process KPI monitoring and reporting.
• Support maintenance, production, and QC w.r.t process optimisation and improvement.
• Product development and testing (including production application engineering).
• Lead a team of QC and production support individuals to achieve highest possible repeatable product quality.
