Process Engineer, Sr.

The Senior Process Engineer leads the development, optimization, and validation of manufacturing processes and equipment from pilot phase through full-scale production, serving as a technical expert and project lead to improve process capability, enhance product quality, drive operational efficiency, and ensure scalable, compliant manufacturing outcomes while supporting cross-functional collaboration and mentoring engineering teams.



**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**



+ Lead process development from pilot trials to full-scale production by defining process formulations, equipment requirements, and scalable manufacturing parameters (30%).

+ Evaluate and optimize existing processing methods, automation strategies, and production techniques to meet cost, quality, performance, and reliability targets (25%).
