Process Engineer Team Leader

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the introduction of new products, ensuring they meet, performance requirements, and cost targets
• Define manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and production flow.
• Plan, execute, and oversee product testing to validate functionality and reliability.
• Create and maintain production files, Bill of Materials (BOM), work instructions, and engineering change orders (ECO).
• Act as the technical focal point between R&D, operations, quality, supply chain, and external suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any Engineering course, preferably Mechanical Engineering. License is an advantage but not required
• Must have at least 2-5 years experience in the same position, handling engineers and technicians assigned in machine validation, new product introduction, automation and PLC programming
