Process Engineer

We are seeking a hands‑on Process Engineer to support liquid and powder manufacturing operations across multiple production facilities in Canada and the United States. This role will focus on process troubleshooting, manufacturing support, continuous improvement, and project execution within fast‑paced production environments.

The ideal candidate is practical, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working directly on the plant floor with operators and maintenance teams to solve real manufacturing problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations for both liquid and powder filling/process lines
• Troubleshoot production bottlenecks, equipment reliability issues, and process inefficiencies
• Work closely with operators, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve uptime and plant performance
