What you'll be doing

1. Developing, implementing and continuously improving of plating and coating processes to enhance productivity and product quality
2. Develop and maintain process and quality documents such as process flows, control plans, FMEAs, work instructions, and checklists
3. Analyzing plating and coating process data and implementing corrective actions to optimize process performance
4. Support the training and development of team members in plating and coating processes
