Process Engineering Associate (Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt Certification)

We are seeking a highly motivated Process Improvement lead to drive operational excellence and efficiency across our knowledge organization. This role focuses on leading impactful projects focused on establishing or improving processes and associated metrics focused on a consistent output that meets or exceeds our customers’ needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

+ Enable UL Solutions knowledge activities with defined processes, policies, and procedures.

+ Develop, optimize and improve processes to enhance productivity and drive efficiencies and consistency.

+ Develop/improve metrics, monitor and analyze data to ensure sustained and continuous process improvement.

+ Perform process capability studies, statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making to achieve operational excellence and meet efficiency targets.
