Defines, drives and consolidates the IW global standard and owns the relevant documentation 
PE guidelines and WFM’s 
Equipment standards 
Standard PFMEA / Control plan 
Is the owner of the long-term Innovation trac. 
Is recognized as a reference and “go to person” with regards to his expertise within the manufacturing community in IW and is a sparring partner with R&D and PPM to support DFA/DFM activities. 
Leads innovation and or strategic projects for the Domain related processes and executes process innovations from MRL 1 to 9
