Your Tasks
Lead the Formulation Process Engineering team to ensure control, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for cosmetic and regulated products.
Responsible for implementing new formulations, product relaunches, team development, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Formulation Process Engineering team.
Ensure effective control and performance of manufacturing processes.
Support the implementation of new formulations, product relaunches, and technology transfers.
Identify root causes of process deviations and implement corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Ensure compliance with GMP, COFEPRIS, FDA, ANVISA, and ISO ***** requirements.
Develop training programs for engineering and production personnel.
Monitor KPIs and drive achievement of departmental objectives.
