Process Engineering Manager

A MNC which is a leader in supplying products to Semiconductor industry is seeking for a Process Engineering Manager to oversee process capabilities, daily operations and guide direct reports.
Responsibilities:
Coach and mentor engineers and team by sharing knowledge for trouble shooting needs, root cause analysis and deriving suitable corrective actions.
In-charge of the process spanning across yield up, cost down, production capacity and customer complaint
Lead and ensure team are meeting all requirements such as codes of conduct, company policies, local/global regulations and EHS requirements.
Work with New Product Introduction (NPI) teams from the development phase through to mass production (MP), and taking over the product process thereafter
Manage engineering documents/data which includes standard operating procedure , work instruction, job safety analysis, BOM, routing, product change notice (PCN), process failure mode effect analysis, response flow checklist...
