Key Responsibilities：

1. Maintain, update, and enforce engineering procedures, work instructions, and quality standards across all production lines.
2. Develop 2D/3D models, assembly structures, jigs/fixtures, and manufacturing drawings using CAD tools. Validate prototypes against design specifications.
3. Lead process flow redesign, control plan development, and statistical process control (SPC) for new and existing product lines to reduce defects and improve yield.
4. Monitor production schedules, process parameters, and output metrics; resolve bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery and quality targets.
