Process Equipment Specialist - 14/14 Schedule

JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership Responsibilities:
Ensure strong collaboration and foster strong working relationships with various departments across the organization including, but not limited to Maintenance, I&E, Measurement, Engineering/Construction, ES&H, and PSM.
Encourage a positive organizational culture that values professional development and strives for continuous improvement.
Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and accountability towards best-in-class operational performance with respect to safety, environmental, and reliability.
Technical Responsibilities:
Provide optimization, troubleshooting support, and coordination of vendor technical support for process equipment including, but not limited to thermal oxidizers, combustors, flares, and fired heaters.
Opportunity exists to expand scope of responsibility to include oversight of turboexpanders and refrigeration screw compression.
