Process/ Equipment Technician

Job Responsibilities
:

• Hands-on in equipment function, set-up & conversion for all or any equipment type
• Ensure equipment operation and maintenance to achieve equipment availability >90%.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and other groups and sites to provide effective solutions and support for daily production activities.
• Ensure spec compliance and follow OCAP for machine troubleshooting.
• Demonstrates flexibility/adaptability to frequent changes.
• Able to work in a rotational shift work as and when needed.
• Good time planning to complete the task on time
• Provide technical support/solutions to resolve equipment and hardware-related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) / calibration (CAL) of production equipment.
• Familiar with equipment operation and know basic maintenance of production equipment.
• Basic communication skills and good learning and feedback ability.
