PROCESS EXCELLENCE LEAD

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in College/Preferred College Graduate Degree
• Required at least Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
• 5 to 7 years of related work experience in process excellence/improvement
• Deep knowledge in Six Sigma methodology & process improvement (at least 5 years of experience).
• New transition management (metric definition, SLA standardization, issue tracking and reporting).
• Well-versed in Excel, and Minitab.
• Process automation knowledge in terms of identification and applicability, assessment, program management.
• Exposure in data analytics will be an added advantage.
• Healthcare domain expertise (payer, provider, benefit configuration, etc.) is an advantage.
