Process Excellence Manager

Process Excellence Manager will support processes and initiatives that will help the Agile Project Management Office team; Assist the team by implementing & streamlining the current process and be a gate keeper in the follow through. You will also work closely with the IT Governance team to adhere to the local Regulations.
What You'll Do
Implement initiatives to improve processes within IT & APMO
Work closely with all departments in the Organization to identify process improvement opportunities
Create and drive the strategy for process excellence in the Organization
Review the current processes and recommend changes based on industry best practices and customer feedback.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes
Work with management to determine strategy for new improvements
Develop an implementation plan for each initiative, including identifying stakeholders, creating timelines, and developing budgets
