Process Expert with Italian Language (OTC)

The duties will include:

• OTC invoicing
• Error management
• Perform cash allocation activities and factoring
• Perform account reconciliation
• Perform month end closing activities accurately and on time, preparing accruals
• SLA assurance
• Communicate with internal customers, business unit, as required to ensure accurate resolution
• Comply with all AR policies and procedures
• Ability to research, analyze and resolve day-to-day operational issues
• Participate in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities
• Maintain an updated and approved process documentation
• Participate in knowledge transfer (absorbing knowledge, preparing proper documentation)
• Be able to act as back up for Team Leader
• Provide support and training to other team members
