As a certified Greenbelt Six Sigma professional, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our business processes and driving operational excellence across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
2. Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline workflows and eliminate waste
3. Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement process enhancements
4. Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and performance metrics
5. Provide coaching and support to teams on continuous improvement initiatives
6. Monitor and report on the impact of process improvements
7. Suggest innovative solutions to complex business challenges
