Process Improvement Analyst

Job Purpose
Support the Payment Solutions area in creating and maintaining reporting for HOIPremiumDirect and overall payments team.

Deliver consistent, actionable information and insights driving consistency, standardization, automation and reusability of data model solutions, reports and analytical products.

Primary Job Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Responsible for the support and maintenance of Data Models and Power BI Reports for HOIPremiumDirect.
• Responsible for ensuring data quality and accuracy of data between the Power BI Datasets and Data Warehouse.
• Adapt reports, dashboards and data needs to business and/or organizational changes
• Liaise with business and the IT resources to investigate and resolve production issues
• Gains working knowledge of related source data systems and tool sets
• Review and maintain all solution documentation.
