This position involves collaboration with the Senior Manager to manage and improve Retail Investment processes. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, supporting documentation, and applying expertise to identify inefficiencies. Your role is essential for tracking and reporting on KPIs as well as facilitating stakeholder engagement across departments.
