Process Improvement Engineer

As a Senior Process Improvement Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Engineering Services operates today—and how it grows tomorrow. You’ll lead high‑visibility initiatives that improve quality, speed, and customer experience across regulated, global environments, using data, analytics, and advanced problem‑solving to drive meaningful change.

**What you will do:**

+ Lead complex process improvement and standardization initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, A3, and Value Stream Mapping to eliminate waste and improve performance.
+ Design and facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and structured problem-solving sessions to drive root cause analysis, solution development, and adoption of continuous improvement practices.
+ Analyze complex operational and performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, variability drivers, and high-impact improvement opportunities.
