The
Process Improvement Manager
for Supply Chain will lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize supply chain performance. This role is ideal for a results-driven Industrial or Management Engineer with a passion for data, process optimization, and people development.

• Develop and implement operational standards and performance targets across warehousing and distribution.
• Identify inefficiencies, lead continuous improvement projects, and implement innovative logistics solutions.
• Design and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to track logistics performance.
• Coach and mentor team members, manage performance systems, and collaborate on training initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

• A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Management Engineering (MBA is a plus).
• Preferably, a certified industrial engineer.
