Process Improvement Manager

About the role The Process Improvement Manager is responsible for optimizing manufacturing workflows to ensure products are made correctly the first time. This role serves as the technical lead within the Production department, focused on defect prevention and operational efficiency. You will analyze production data, collaborate with the QC team to understand failure points, and implement technical process changes to eliminate waste and reduce rejections at the final quality stage. Key Responsibilities Process Optimization & Defect Prevention : Analyze current production methods to identify the root causes of quality issues and bottlenecks. Shift the focus from detecting errors to preventing errors by upgrading production techniques, tooling, or assembly methods.
