Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze existing processes, workflows, and procedures across departments
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and areas for improvement
Develop, document, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Recommend process improvements to improve efficiency, quality, and cost control
Coordinate with department heads in implementing approved process changes
Facilitate process mapping, flowcharting, and documentation sessions
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements and track results
Prepare reports, findings, and recommendations for management
Ensure alignment of processes with company policies, controls, and compliance requirements
Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs
