This role suits someone who enjoys being on the floor, observing real operations, identifying gaps, and rebuilding processes from the ground up. You will focus on process mapping, workflow redesign, simplification, and preparing the operation for future growth. Experience with structured improvement methods is beneficial, but the core of this role is technical problem-solving and executing improvements directly with the team.
