Process Improvement

Role Purpose

To design, implement, and continuously monitor business processes across operations, ensuring plans are executed, performance is measured, and results improve month after month.

Key Responsibilities

A. Process Design

• Map end-to-end workflows (Sales → Operations → Finance → HR)
• Create clear SOPs and process manuals
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and bottlenecks

B. Implementation

• Lead rollout of new processes and systems
• Coordinate with department heads for adoption
• Translate strategy into operational actions

C. Monitoring & Control

• Establish KPIs and performance dashboards
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly results
• Conduct root-cause analysis when targets are missed

D. Continuous Improvement

• Apply Lean / Six Sigma principles
• Recommend automation and system upgrades
