Overview : Responsible for owning one or more Technology Nodes – Product Yield Improvement and PCM Performance Improvement – and driving the qualification of processes for volume production.

Responsibilities

• Perform product yield analysis, correlating yield data with production data to identify and solve yield excursions and improve product yields.
• Analyze PCM data, correlating with production metrics to address parametric excursions, equipment mismatches, and enhance parametric stability through statistical capability analyses (PpK/CpK).
• Pass the final volume qualification for the assigned technology and variants.
• Own PCM limit files of the technology and its variants.
