Process Integration Engineer

Our international client is currently searching for a Process Integration Engineer to be based in Switzerland. The role will involve semiconductor process integration and optimisation to improve yield with foundry partners as well as collaborate with the design team for device performance improvement. Monitoring of the wafers processing in partner foundries will be an important part of the role to identify critical steps.

Required skills for the Process Integration Engineer will include:

Experience in semiconductor process optimisation and yield analysis

GaN (Gallium Nitride) power device knowledge

Willingness to travel to visit partners and customers in Europe and Asia

Bachelor/Master/ degree in electrical engineering, semiconductors, or similar
